A new facility available in Veco™ from version 1.2.2.0 allows the creation of advertising copy (sales and lettings) for local publications.Summary facilities include:
For each type of publication (eg. local newspaper) a ‘supplier’ is entered as a Veco™ contact.
A series of future advertisements can be scheduled for the local newspapers.
Properties can be advertised in the relevant publication on the applicable date.
Advertising copy can be prepared and forwarded to each publication in time for the deadline in PDF or HTML format.
Different styles of advertising copy can be prepared (eg. single image/bullet points; multi-image/summary description).
An advertising history is maintained against each property.
Each office in a multi-branch Veco™ installation can be responsible for its own advertising.
These facilities are available for both sales and lettings properties.
