The storage of all information relevant to carrying out a full letting, property management, and client accounting service to clients is available. The property management facility records comprehensive details about the property and tenancy, and includes an Outlook style diary for scheduled inspections and gas safety checks, and allows for the management of maintenance jobs. The accounting suite manages the collection of rent, and payment of supplier invoices, and automatically calculates fees, CNR tax, and payments to the Owner.
Detailed landlord statements can be produced at any time, and a comprehensive reporting facility is included.
